Nonviolent Communication and Positive Discipline Advisor (2025-2026)

As Positive Discipline Advisor with Programme CLÉ in partnership with the Ministry of Secondary Education of Cameroon, I supported the design and implementation of a national initiative aimed at strengthening positive discipline and nonviolent communication practices in schools. My work focused on developing practical tools, training education professionals, and promoting safer and more inclusive learning environments.
Key Achievements
- Developed the national self-learning guide on Positive Discipline and Nonviolent Communication, distributed to secondary schools across Cameroon.
- Designed and launched a complete self-paced online training course for the Programme CLÉ learning platform.
- Trained multidisciplinary education professionals in three pilot secondary schools on positive discipline and nonviolent communication.
- Provided individualized coaching and technical support to school staff to strengthen the implementation of positive discipline practices.
- Contributed to promoting child protection by fostering safer, more inclusive, and rights-based learning environments.
